PLA Mandate One Step Closer to Becoming Law

The rules implementing President Biden’s executive order mandating that all federal construction projects valued at over $35 million fall under a project labor agreement (PLA) is close to being finalized. The rule currently sits at the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs and, barring a government shutdown, could be released sometime next month. Given the unpredictability of next year’s presidential election, IEC urges members to help bolster IEC PAC in order to help it support candidates for Congress who will oppose such blatant big labor policies, no matter who is ultimately in the White House.
Sen. Cruz: Biden Will Drop Out; Be Replaced by Michelle Obama
In his recent podcast, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) speculated that President Biden will drop out of the November election and will be replaced by Michelle Obama. IEC wants to know if you agree by completing this short poll.
