Biden Administration Continues Issuing Pro-Union Proposals
The Biden administration continues to pump out regulation after regulation that blatantly favors big labor, often at the expense of the merit shop. Most recently, the Department of Labor released a revised version of the Davis-Bacon rule, which was published today in the Federal Register and takes effect in 60 days, which will only further grow union participation and influence in government contracting.
Not only that, but the National Labor Relations Board handed down a ruling that could lead to seemingly innocuous work rules and policies being interpreted as violating your employees’ Section 7 rights in Stericycle Inc.
