OSHA Releases Proposed Heat Standard; IEC Hosting Webinar
On July 2, the U.S. Department of Labor released a proposed rule titled, Heat Injury and Illness Prevention in Outdoor and Indoor Work Settings. The rule proposes to require employers to develop a Heat Injury and Illness Prevention Plan to control and mitigate hazards in the workplace impacted by excessive heat.
